Customers seeking refunds should contact the merchant from whom the purchase was made or reach out to our support team at support@fluxmerch.in. Refund requests are reviewed and processed according to the applicable refund policy and regulatory requirements.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days, depending on the original payment method and banking processing times. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Certain digital products or services may be non-refundable as specified by the partner merchant's policy, provided such terms comply with applicable Indian consumer protection laws.
